The Scottsdale office is a new addition to the AFC Chiropractic family and has been open since June, 2010. However, the office has been serving the Scottsdale area for 14 years. We provide every new patient at AFC Chiropractic with  consultation, a full examination and X-rays. Dr. Blackstone has a great approach to his patients and will in turn view these results with you personally. All X-rays will be completed at our Scottsdale facility but we also partner with imaging centers if advanced services are required. Finding the AFC Chiropractic office in Scottsdale:

The AFC Chiropractic office in Scottsdale is easily accessible from Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and East Phoenix. We are conveniently situated on the southeast corner of Hayden and Indian bend just a short drive west of the 101 (exit at Indian Bend). The office is located between Albertsons and a UPS Store.
