At AFC Chiropractic at Desert Ridge is now AFC Physical Medicine! AFC has added advanced diagnostic equipment and a nurse practitioner to address your needs. AFC Physical medicine is still led by Dr. Jenni. She and her staff will welcome you like you are a member of the family! AFC is growing! AFC added a second chiropractor to the team, Dr. Brittany Baer. Dr. Brittany has expertise in acupuncture as well as chiropractic care.

At AFC Physical Medicine, we have added medical staff to make pain treatment more effective. Under the supervision of a Medical Director, our Nurse Practitioners can implement more effective procedures like: botanical trigger point injections, large joint treatment, Medical Foods and food allergy testing with non-drug solutions.

Each new patient at the Desert Ridge office will receive a consultation, full examination and X-rays. Dr. Bush D.C. has excellent relationships with her patients and will review these results with you personally. We’re equipped to complete all X-rays at the Desert Ridge facility but we also partner with imaging centers if advanced services are required. Finding the AFC Chiropractic office at Desert Ridge:

The AFC Chiropractic office is easily accessible from North Phoenix, Cave Creek, Scottsdale and Carefree. We are conveniently situated near to the 101 junction with Tatum Boulevard.

The exterior of our Desert Ridge location, you’ll find AFC Chiropractic on the first floor

The office is located at the northwest corner of the 101 and Tatum just a few hundred yards south of Deer Valley Road on the west side of Tatum. It is directly across the street from Desert Ridge MarketPlace. As you enter the parking lot you will see Pita Jungle, we are in the next building immediately south. As you enter the building, you will see Simon Med on the left, the stairs and the elevator are to the right. AFC Chiropractic – Desert Ridge is located on the second floor. Once on the second floor, follow the hallway to the right, our office will be on the right.
